The gaming bus is approximately 7 metres long and usually needs space equivalent to around 2.5 parked cars. Send us your postcode before booking and we can confirm whether access and parking are suitable.

We connect the gaming bus to your home internet router using our 50-metre Ethernet cable. The router must be accessible from where the bus is parked.

Important to know

Online gaming depends on the internet speed and reliability at your address, so we cannot guarantee an online connection or completely lag-free gameplay.
The number of consoles that can play online at the same time depends on your download speed.
Online play can reduce the number of children playing at once compared with split-screen gaming. Your host will always organise turns so everyone gets a chance to play.
Although we update our consoles weekly, games may release a new update on the day. If one is needed, it can take up to 30 minutes, depending on its size and your internet speed.
Children must not use or buy in-game currency, such as V-Bucks or Robux, during the party. If this happens, the party organiser is responsible for replacing the amount spent.

No internet? No problem

The bus is still packed with great offline options, including split-screen games, VR, racing simulators and plenty of multiplayer party games.

The London gaming bus is approximately 6.95 metres long, 2.5 metres wide and 2.8 metres high—around the space of 2½ parked cars.
Please make sure there is enough room for us to park safely, with clear access and sufficient height for the vehicle. Let us know before booking if there are narrow roads, low bridges, tight turns, gates, bollards, parking restrictions, permits or any other access issues.

Power Supply

For the standard gaming setup, we need access to one standard household plug socket.
If you would also like to use the bus heating or air conditioning, we need one additional socket—two sockets in total.
We provide up to 50 metres of power cable, so please make sure there is a safe, clear route between the socket(s) and where the bus will be parked.
No suitable power available? A generator can be hired for an additional £55. The generator can power the gaming setup, but it cannot be used for the heating or air conditioning. Please let us know when booking if you need to hire a generator.

Router Access

The London gaming bus has its own onboard Wi‑Fi for online gaming. However, the connection is only as reliable as the mobile phone signal in your area, so it may not be suitable for all online games.
For the best possible online gaming experience, we recommend access to your home router so we can connect directly using our Ethernet cable.
We provide up to 50 metres of Ethernet cable. Please make sure there is a safe and practical route for the cable from the router to the bus.
If the parking location is more than 50 metres from the power socket or router, please contact us before booking so we can discuss the best setup.
