Bring a complete gaming party to your door with Essex Gaming Bus and London Gaming Bus in Walthamstow. We provide hosted birthday parties, school rewards, HAF sessions, youth events and community bookings across E17, with more than 1,200 five-star reviews across Google, Facebook, Trustpilot and Tripadvisor. . Click here for reviews.
This is not a van with a few screens added. Players get PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, VR and two racing simulators that can race head-to-head at the same time. Every gaming bus has proper fixed, permanently installed air conditioning and heating, so the party stays comfortable throughout the year.Â
Our standard parties are designed for children aged seven and over. We can entertain up to 16 players inside, with up to three additional players using outdoor interactive games when the weather and available space make that safe and practical. That gives you a total capacity of up to 19 players.Â
With a strong, stable internet connection supplied at the venue, we can connect up to 15 players in the same Fortnite game. We bring a 50-metre Ethernet cable so we can connect directly to the customer’s router rather than relying on Wi-Fi alone.Â
Walthamstow is already part of our working area. We have delivered gaming sessions for Little Diamonds Nursery on Northcote Road and Learning in Harmony Trust at the Whitefield School site on Macdonald Road. That gives our team first-hand experience of bringing the bus into E17 and running organised sessions for local children.Â
Prices start from £270. We bring the gaming, our host runs the entertainment, and you enjoy the occasion.Â
Check Walthamstow Availability
Your gaming party takes place right outside your home, school or venue. There is no need to organise transport for a group of children, hire a hall and fill it with equipment, or spend the party managing consoles and game changes. We arrive with the gaming setup ready, welcome the players aboard and run the session for you.Â
We cover Walthamstow town centre, Walthamstow Village, Higham Hill, Blackhorse Road, Hoe Street, Wood Street, Upper Walthamstow, Chapel End, Lloyd Park, Markhouse, Lea Bridge and Bakers Arms, as well as nearby parts of East and North London subject to the exact address.Â
The gaming bus needs approximately 7.5 metres of safe, legal parking, with suitable vehicle access and enough room for children to board safely. The customer is responsible for arranging parking and any necessary permits or permissions.
Our Walthamstow experience is not based on a list of nearby place names. We have worked with Little Diamonds Nursery on Northcote Road and Learning in Harmony Trust at the Whitefield School site on Macdonald Road. For schools, nurseries and organisations, we can plan timed groups so more children can take part across the day.Â
This is a complete hosted gaming party—not simply a few consoles placed inside a vehicle.
Every gaming bus carries the same main equipment and has the same standard capacity. Players can move between modern consoles, multiplayer games, VR and two simultaneous racing positions while the host keeps the session organised and gets everyone involved.
Players can enjoy current favourites and familiar multiplayer games on PlayStation 5, with the host helping to organise fair game choices and keep everyone involved.Â
Our Xbox Series X consoles add more choice for competitive, cooperative and team-based gaming. The same core equipment is fitted across our gaming bus fleet, so the experience does not depend on which vehicle attends.Â
Nintendo Switch games are ideal for quick rounds, party games and mixed-experience groups. They give players another way to join in without needing to be an expert gamer.Â
Our bus has two racing simulators, allowing two players to race one another at the same time. They do not have to take turns using a single racing setup. This creates a genuine head-to-head contest and keeps the surrounding group involved in every race.Â
VR adds a different style of experience to the party. It is introduced and supervised by the host, with sensible turn-taking so it complements the main console gaming rather than slowing the session down.Â
Where there is enough safe private space and suitable weather, up to two additional players can use our outdoor interactive gaming setup. Outdoor play is an additional option, not part of the indoor seating capacity, and may be reduced or removed if conditions are unsuitable.Â
Planning a large school reward day, HAF programme, community event or company family day? We can supply more than one gaming bus, subject to availability and suitable parking.Â
Multiple vehicles allow us to entertain larger groups at once or rotate scheduled groups throughout the day. Because every bus carries the same core equipment, children receive a consistent experience whichever vehicle they board.Â
When two of the same service are booked at the same party price, the second receives 20% off.
When different services are combined, you receive 10% off each party price.

How to BookÂ
- Tell us about the event. Send the date, preferred time, Walthamstow postcode, player ages and expected number of guests.Â
- Let us check availability and access. We confirm the right vehicle, parking requirements and any location charge.Â
- Secure the booking. Pay the £80 non-refundable deposit after receiving the complete price and booking details.Â
- We arrive and host the session. Our team sets up, welcomes the players and runs the entertainment.Â
No separate hall needed. No consoles to set up. No need for parents, teachers or organisers to run the gaming.
The gaming bus works well anywhere an organiser needs a memorable activity with a clear capacity and a hosted format. We provide sessions for:Â
- Primary and secondary schoolsÂ
- Reward days and end-of-term celebrationsÂ
- HAF programmes and holiday activitiesÂ
- Nurseries and childcare organisations, where the age and format have been agreed in advanceÂ
- Youth clubs and community groupsÂ
- SEND and SEN-friendly sessionsÂ
- Charity and family eventsÂ
- Corporate family days and staff eventsÂ
For schools and larger organisations, we can divide the booking into timed sessions. This helps more children participate without overcrowding the bus and makes it easier for staff to manage groups. Our Walthamstow experience already includes work with a local nursery and an education trust, so this is a service we have genuinely delivered in the area.Â
Tell us the number of participants, their ages and the time available. We can recommend the most practical session plan, number of vehicles and supporting activities.Â
Families, schools and organisations have left more than 1,200 five-star reviews for our services across Google, Facebook, Trustpilot and Tripadvisor.Â
That review history matters because a mobile party depends on much more than the consoles. Customers need a team that communicates clearly, checks the location, arrives prepared, engages the children and keeps the session moving. Our hosts manage game selection, explain the equipment, encourage fair play and help quieter or less experienced players join in.Â
Read the latest independently published feedback from parents, schools and event organisers on our main review pages.Â
Wes was incredible too — he was brilliant with the kids and made sure everyone was having a great time. Everything was well organised and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish.
We would definitely book them again and highly recommend them for a children’s birthday party. Thank you for making my son’s birthday so special!
Established Experience and Genuine Local BookingsÂ
Our wider service is backed by more than 1,200 five-star reviews, while our Walthamstow experience includes work with Little Diamonds Nursery and Learning in Harmony Trust. Customers get an experienced mobile events team with practical knowledge of E17.Â
We have delivered gaming sessions for Little Diamonds Nursery on Northcote Road and Learning in Harmony Trust at the Whitefield School site on Macdonald Road.
From birthday parties to organised school and community sessions, our team has practical experience bringing the gaming bus into Walthamstow and E17.
We provide two linked racing simulators, so two players can race head-to-head rather than queueing to take separate turns on one simulator.Â
Our vehicles carry the same core mix of PS5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, VR and twin racing simulators. A customer’s experience does not depend on being allocated one particular bus.Â
Each bus has fixed, permanently installed air conditioning and heating. This is proper climate control designed for the vehicle, not a portable unit or a fan placed inside for the day.Â
We can host up to 16 players inside the gaming bus. Where safe outdoor space and suitable weather are available, up to three more can use outdoor interactive games, increasing the overall capacity to up to 19.Â
With a strong, stable internet connection provided at the venue, up to 15 players can join the same Fortnite game. We use a direct Ethernet connection of up to 50 metres where possible. Internet-dependent play cannot be guaranteed if the venue connection is unavailable, restricted or unstable.Â
Yes. We cover Walthamstow and the wider E17 area, subject to suitable access, safe and legal parking, availability and confirmation of the complete price for the postcode.
Yes. We have delivered sessions for Little Diamonds Nursery on Northcote Road and Learning in Harmony Trust at the Whitefield School site on Macdonald Road.Â
No. The indoor capacity is up to 16 players. The total of 19 includes up to three players using outdoor interactive games, which requires safe space and suitable weather. We will never describe all 19 as indoor capacity.Â
Standard parties are for children aged seven and over. We also offer a separate 90-minute party for six-year-olds with a maximum of eight children. In some circumstances, one five-year-old may join an older group if an adult remains with that child throughout; this must be discussed and agreed before booking.Â
Prices start at £270 for 90 minutes from Monday to Thursday, excluding bank holidays, and £300 from Friday to Sunday and on bank holidays. London location, ULEZ, toll, parking or late-event charges may apply. We confirm the full cost for the address before taking the deposit.Â
Yes. Every bus has proper fixed, permanently installed air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort.Â
The core setup includes PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, VR and two racing simulators, plus a selection of age-appropriate games. Exact titles and online features can depend on availability, updates, age suitability and internet access.Â
Yes. Our two racing simulators can be used head-to-head simultaneously. This is different from a single simulator where players can only take turns.Â
Potentially, yes. With a strong and stable internet connection supplied by the customer or venue, we can connect up to 15 players in the same game. We bring a 50-metre Ethernet lead for a direct router connection. We cannot guarantee online play where the connection is weak, restricted or unavailable. Â
Â
Yes. We can run structured timed sessions for different groups and may be able to provide multiple gaming buses for a larger event. Send us the participant numbers, ages, site plan and available timetable so we can propose a safe format.Â
We need one standard plug socket for the gaming equipment. A second socket is only needed if you want air-conditioning or heating on. We bring 50-metre power leads. If online gaming is requested, we also need permission to connect an Ethernet cable directly to a suitable router. A generator may sometimes be arranged if agreed in advance.
Allow approximately 7.5 metres, or two and a half car lengths, on a safe, legal and reasonably level space. The location also needs enough clearance and a safe boarding area. Please tell us about restrictions, permits, school gates, controlled zones and narrow access before booking.Â
Rain does not normally stop the indoor gaming session. Outdoor interactive gaming may be reduced, moved or removed if the weather or ground conditions are unsafe. The inside of the bus remains the main party environment.Â
Weekend and school-holiday dates can fill quickly, so contact us as soon as you know the preferred date. We can only confirm availability after checking the date, time, postcode and parking arrangements.Â
Planning a Gaming Bus Party in Walthamstow
Parking and AccessÂ
The gaming bus needs around 7.5 metres of safe and legal parking. Reserve the agreed area before our arrival where lawful to do so, and make sure parked cars, low branches, gates or street furniture do not prevent access. Any parking permit or permission is the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.Â
PowerÂ
We need one standard plug socket for the gaming equipment. A second socket is only needed if you want air-conditioning or heating on. We bring 50-metre power leads. Please do not assume a communal hallway, school office or neighbouring property can be used without prior permission.
InternetÂ
Many games can be enjoyed without venue internet, but online features and a large shared Fortnite game require a strong, stable connection. A direct Ethernet connection is preferable. Mobile signal and public Wi-Fi can vary across Walthamstow, so they should not be treated as guaranteed event internet.Â
Safe BoardingÂ
Children need a clear route between the property or venue and the bus. The organiser remains responsible for supervision outside the vehicle and for making us aware of any access issue, medical information or additional need that affects the session.Â
Popular Games for Walthamstow Parties
The available library includes a broad mix of current and familiar titles across PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch. Popular requests often include:Â
- EA Sports FCÂ
- Fortnite, where suitable internet is availableÂ
- MinecraftÂ
- Rocket LeagueÂ
- Mario KartÂ
- Super Smash Bros.Â
- Racing games on the twin simulatorsÂ
- Age-appropriate party, sports and cooperative gamesÂ
We help choose games that suit the players‘ages and keep the group involved. Specific titles, features and player numbers can change because of updates, licences, age ratings and online service availability, so tell us if one game is especially important before booking.Â

- Soft Play for younger childrenÂ
- Pamper PartiesÂ
- Additional Gaming BusesÂ
When a second equally priced service is booked for the same event, it receives a 20% discount. This is equivalent to a 10% saving across two equal services. For mixed services with different prices, the discount structure and complete quote will be confirmed before booking.Â
Tell us the age range, number of guests, venue and available space. We will recommend a combination that is practical rather than simply adding equipment the location cannot support.Â
Gaming can work particularly well for children who prefer a familiar interest, a smaller group or a more predictable activity. We can adapt the session by:Â
- Reducing music or general sound where practicalÂ
- Planning a smaller group or timed turnsÂ
- Allowing extra explanation before play beginsÂ
- Avoiding particular games, visuals or VR where requestedÂ
- Building in a quieter transition or short breakÂ
- Working with a parent, carer, teacher or support workerÂ
Every child is different, and no mobile entertainment service can promise that one setup will suit everyone. Please explain the child’s needs, triggers, communication preferences and supervision requirements before booking. We will discuss what can reasonably be adjusted and be honest if another format would be more suitable. Click here to find out more
