Bromley Council’s own supplier-payment records list Essex Gaming Bus Ltd as a paid supplier in 2023, 2024 and 2025, with further bookings continuing throughout 2026.
Every gaming bus carries the same complete core setup: PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, VR and two head-to-head racing simulators.
Our gaming buses have fixed, permanently installed air conditioning and heating for comfortable parties throughout the year.
For children aged seven and above, we can host up to 16 players inside the gaming bus. Where there is enough safe outdoor space and the weather allows, up to three additional children can join outdoor gaming activities, increasing total participation to 19 players.

A Gaming Bus Bromley booking brings the complete party to your chosen address. There is no gaming venue to hire, no children to transport elsewhere and no consoles, screens or games for parents to organise.
We attend homes, schools, youth centres, clubs and event venues throughout Bromley, Orpington, Beckenham, Chislehurst, Petts Wood, West Wickham, Penge, Anerley, Biggin Hill, Mottingham and the surrounding area.
Our local work includes regular holiday bookings from the London Borough of Bromley Youth Support Programme at:
- The Link Youth Centre in Orpington
- Spitfire Youth Centre in Biggin Hill
- The Kentwood Centre in Penge
- St Edward the Confessor Church in Mottingham
These are repeat organised bookings delivered across several school holidays, including further sessions during 2026. Vehicles from both Essex Gaming Bus and London Gaming Bus have been used to support the programme.
We can provide one fully hosted gaming bus for a family party or coordinate several equally equipped vehicles for a school, council, youth programme or larger community event.
Bromley contains busy town-centre roads, residential streets, controlled parking areas, school sites and rural locations. Send us the complete postcode and proposed parking position when enquiring. We will check access, legal parking and the available electricity supply before confirming the booking.
The bus is designed around multiplayer gaming, quick competitions and giving different children something they will enjoy.
Our host welcomes the group, helps players choose age-appropriate games, organises matches and keeps everyone moving between the available activities.
Regular gamers can get straight into competitive play, while children who play less often receive help joining in.
PlayStation 5 provides modern gameplay across football, racing, action and team-based games.Â
Players can form teams, compete in short tournaments or change matches during the booking.Â
Xbox Series X adds more choice for groups with different favourite games.
Players can move between Xbox and the other activities during the party instead of spending the entire session on one game.
Nintendo Switch is ideal for social games that are quick to understand and easy to join.Â
Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros and other multiplayer favourites work particularly well for mixed groups containing both regular gamers and beginners.Â
Every Essex Gaming Bus has two complete racing positions, each with its own steering wheel and pedals.Â
Two children can race side by side at the same time, making the simulators ideal for quick competitions between friends.Â
VR gives players a different experience from the main console games.
Use of VR depends on the children’s ages, the available games and what is suitable for the group.
These may include Just Dance, karaoke, Mario Kart, PS4 VR or other interactive games shown on an outdoor screen.
Outdoor gaming can accommodate up to three additional players, increasing participation from 16 inside to up to 19 children overall.Â
One gaming bus is ideal for most birthday parties. Schools, HAF programmes, youth centres, councils and community events may need more children playing at the same time.
Essex Gaming Bus operates multiple fully equipped, climate-controlled gaming buses. Subject to availability, parking and power, we can send more than one vehicle to the same Bromley venue.
Every bus carries PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, VR and two head-to-head racing simulators, giving each group the same main gaming setup.
Several gaming buses can help an organiser:
- Accommodate more children at the same time
- Separate players by age, class or team
- Run structured rotations throughout the day
- Reduce queues and waiting between sessions
- Offer different games across separate vehicles
- Create a larger attraction for a holiday programme or community event
When two equally priced gaming buses are booked together, you receive 20% off the second gaming bus. This is equivalent to saving 10% across the combined two-bus party price.
Send us the expected attendance, children’s ages, proposed timetable, full venue address and parking information. We can then recommend a practical number of buses and sessions.

Wes was incredible too — he was brilliant with the kids and made sure everyone was having a great time. Everything was well organised and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish.
We would definitely book them again and highly recommend them for a children’s birthday party. Thank you for making my son’s birthday so special!
When comparing Gaming Bus Bromley or Gaming Van Bromley services, do not judge the experience by one headline capacity number.
Check what is actually carried on every vehicle, how many children can play together inside, whether two racers can compete simultaneously, whether permanently installed air conditioning and heating are fitted, how many players can join the same Fortnite game and whether an experienced host runs the session.

Before booking, tell us about noise sensitivity, anxiety around new spaces, preferred games, communication needs or anything else that may help the child settle onto the bus.
Depending on the booking, we can discuss lower game and music volume, a calmer introduction, fewer players at one time, clearer game changes, short breaks or additional settling time.
Adjustments should be discussed in advance so we can confirm what is practical. If step-free access is required, ask before booking so we can explain the available options.
