This is our borough-wide Bexley guide. Bexley village, Bexleyheath, Welling, Sidcup, Crayford, Erith and Belvedere are different places, so the first detail we need is the actual party postcode.
Use the Welling guide below for that local area. For a Bexley-side Thamesmead address, check the exact location with us: Thamesmead crosses the Greenwich boundary. A borough name or DA postcode does not establish your journey, parking arrangements or final quote.
Tell us whether the bus would park at home, on school grounds or outside a hired hall. We can then check the approach, safe vehicle position and departure route before you secure a date.
With gaming van hire across Bexley, the main equipment arrives together: PS5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, VR and two complete racing positions. Staff deliver, set up and provide technical assistance. Your responsible adult supervises the children and agrees suitable games for their ages.
PS5 lets friends line up football matches, races and suitable multiplayer favourites. Share the birthday child’s preferred titles when enquiring.
Xbox Series X gives the group another set of screens and games to explore. Ask about current titles and what suits the ages coming.
Nintendo Switch brings familiar group favourites such as Mario Kart. It is a useful choice when some guests play regularly and others just want to join in.
Two drivers can race at once, each with a full wheel-and-pedals setup. Every bus includes both complete racing positions.
Guests can ask about VR alongside the console games. Discuss suitable experiences and let us know if anyone would prefer screen-based play.
Up to three additional players may use the outdoor setup only when there is safe space beside the bus and suitable weather. The indoor limit remains 16.
A borough-wide school or community booking may need several short sessions rather than one large group. Send the total numbers, ages, rotation timetable and supervising adults, and we can discuss timed groups or several equally equipped buses where available.
Two equal-priced gaming buses receive 20% off the second. Different services or prices receive 10% off each party price. New bookings only. Cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.

Send the full address and intended parking position, whether the booking is in Welling, Bexley village or another part of the borough. Include gates, low approaches, tight turns and parking restrictions.
Planning Gaming Bus or Gaming Van Hire in Bexley
Will the gaming bus fit? The vehicle is approximately 7.5 metres long and needs safe, legal parking with clear arrival and departure access. We need one standard socket for gaming and a second for air conditioning or heating, with our 50-metre power leads. Strong, stable internet supports online play; a 50-metre Ethernet lead is available. A £55 generator may be arranged at booking and at least seven days before the event.
If parking at home is unsuitable, try our gaming party venue and parking finder. One actual local hire option is Freemantle Hall in Bexley village, which advertises a private car park. The hall must approve your proposed bus position, access and power. Its listing does not establish gaming-bus permission, availability or guaranteed parking; hire and permits are separate.
