Planning a birthday, school reward day or holiday club event? Our Gaming Bus Chingford and Gaming Van Chingford service brings the consoles, screens and gaming equipment to your chosen address. Friends can enjoy football matches, multiplayer favourites and head-to-head racing together, without you having to set up the equipment at home.
We’ve brought gaming to Ainslie Wood Primary School and to school-holiday sessions for Yellow Birds Holiday Club at St Mary’s Catholic Primary School.
Every gaming bus carries PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, VR and two head-to-head racing simulators. Fixed, permanently installed air conditioning and heating provide proper climate control throughout the year.
For our standard parties for ages seven and above, up to 16 players can take part inside. Where there is enough safe outdoor space and suitable weather, up to three additional players can use outdoor activities, bringing participation to 19 players overall.
With a strong, stable internet connection and suitable online conditions, up to 15 players can join the same Fortnite game. Online games and connected-player numbers cannot be guaranteed.
Gaming parties start from £270.

A birthday at home, a school celebration or a holiday club activity can all use the same mobile gaming setup. The equipment arrives with the bus, so you do not need to hire a separate gaming venue or transport the children elsewhere.
We cover North Chingford, South Chingford, Chingford Mount, Chingford Hatch, Friday Hill and Highams Park, including suitable addresses across E4.
Our Chingford experience includes:
- Ainslie Wood Primary School, E4 9DD, for organised school gaming sessions.
- St Mary’s Catholic Primary School, E4 7BJ, for school-holiday bookings recorded with Yellow Birds Holiday Club.
One bus can bring the gaming to a family birthday. Schools and larger organisers can ask about additional vehicles or a timetable that gives different groups their own session.
For a home address or venue, the organiser must arrange safe, legal parking and any necessary permissions. Tell us your full postcode and power arrangements when enquiring so we can explain the requirements for your booking.
Some guests want a football tournament, others head straight for racing, and some enjoy a game they can pick up with friends. The range of consoles and activities gives the group plenty to choose from during the booking.
Our team sets up the equipment and provides technical assistance. Agree the games with the children’s parents or your organisation in advance, and tell us about any favourites or titles you do not want used.
PlayStation 5 offers football, racing and multiplayer games for friendly competitions or team play. Tell us which titles the group enjoys so we can discuss availability before the party.
Xbox Series X adds another choice of console and games. Guests can play their favourites or try something different, with technical help available if they need it.
Nintendo Switch is popular for sociable multiplayer games such as Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros. These give mixed groups of regular gamers and beginners another way to join in.
Every gaming bus has two complete racing simulators, each with its own steering wheel and pedals. Two players can race head to head at the same time, making friendly rivalries part of the party.
Virtual reality offers a different experience alongside the console games. PlayStation VR is for ages 12 and above, subject to parental discretion, suitable conditions and available experiences.
Where the weather and safe outdoor space allow, an outdoor screen can be used for activities such as Just Dance, karaoke and Mario Kart.
This setup allows up to three additional players, bringing participation from 16 inside to up to 19 overall. Outdoor activities are not available in wet weather.
For a school reward day, HAF programme or community event, more than one bus can help you accommodate larger groups. We can provide multiple fully equipped, climate-controlled gaming buses, subject to availability, suitable parking and power.
Every vehicle carries the same core equipment, including PS5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, VR and two head-to-head racing simulators.
Additional buses can help you:
- Give more children access to gaming at the same time.
- Separate groups by age, class or team.
- Plan timed sessions across a school day or holiday programme.
- Reduce waiting between groups.
- Offer different game choices across separate vehicles.
When two equally priced gaming buses are booked together, you receive 20% off the second gaming bus. That is equivalent to 10% off the combined two-bus party price.
Send us the venue address, expected attendance, age groups and proposed timetable. We can discuss a suitable combination of vehicles and session lengths. Your organisation must provide responsible adults to supervise each group.

Wes was incredible too — he was brilliant with the kids and made sure everyone was having a great time. Everything was well organised and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish.
We would definitely book them again and highly recommend them for a children’s birthday party. Thank you for making my son’s birthday so special!

For standard parties for ages seven and above, up to 16 players can take part inside. Suitable outdoor activities can accommodate two more, weather and space permitting.
With a suitable, strong and stable connection, up to 15 players can join the same Fortnite game. Online services, game availability and connected-player numbers remain subject to conditions on the day.

No. There is capacity for up to 16 players inside at standard parties for ages seven and above. Up to three additional players can use outdoor activities when there is safe space and suitable weather. If the outdoor setup cannot operate, the indoor capacity remains 16.
Standard parties are for ages seven and above, including teens and adults. We also offer a separate six-year-old party option, for up to eight children and a 90-minute session, with an adult aged 18 or over remaining onboard throughout. Five-year-olds may attend as guests on that option; children younger than five cannot attend. Tell us the birthday child’s age and the youngest guests‘ages before booking.
Prices start from £270 for 90 minutes Monday to Thursday, excluding bank holidays, or £300 Friday to Sunday and bank holidays. Your postcode and any additional requirements affect the final price.
Yes. Every gaming bus has fixed, permanently installed air conditioning and heating. We need the agreed electricity supply to operate the equipment and climate control.
An £80 non-refundable deposit, together with a completed booking form, confirms the booking. The balance is due seven days before the event.
Yes. Two racing simulators with separate steering wheels and pedals allow head-to-head racing at the same time. The younger-party option uses a setup suited to that age group.
Up to 15 players can join together where the connection and online conditions support it. A strong, stable internet connection is required, but no online game or connected-player number is guaranteed.
Parents, guardians or the event organiser remain responsible for supervision throughout. Our staff provide vehicle setup and technical assistance. For school and organised bookings, a teacher, staff member or responsible adult must remain with the gaming bus.
We need one standard plug socket for the gaming equipment. A second socket is only needed if you want air-conditioning or heating on. We bring 50-metre power leads. Online gaming also needs access to a suitable router using our 50-metre Ethernet cable . If mains electricity is unavailable, ask about generator hire before booking. A generator supplies power, not internet.
The bus is approximately 7.5 metres long, roughly the length of two and a half cars. The organiser must arrange safe, legal parking, suitable vehicle access and any required permits or venue permissions.
The indoor gaming can continue in ordinary wet weather. Outdoor activities and VR are not used in the rain, so the extra outdoor capacity is weather dependent. Extreme weather is handled under our booking terms.
Send your preferred date, full postcode and start time, together with the session length, players‘ages and guest number. We will check availability and explain the next steps.
