From a birthday in Gidea Park to a club celebration in Harold Hill, our Romford service comes to a suitable parking space at your chosen address. We also cover Harold Wood, Collier Row and nearby parts of Havering.
Will the gaming bus fit? Send your full postcode, parking position and arrival/departure access details. Allow around 7.5 metres of safe, legal parking. We need one standard socket for gaming; a second socket is needed for air conditioning or heating. We bring 50-metre power leads.
Check Havering parking restrictions for your road. If home parking is unsuitable, try our party venue and parking finder. Rush Green Community Centre is a local hall option to enquire about; the venue must approve the bus, parking and power before you book.

Players can compete head-to-head, form teams or move between different matches during the party.
Our Xbox Series X consoles deliver fast, smooth gameplay, sharp graphics and a big choice of multiplayer games. Perfect for head-to-head competition, team battles and keeping the whole party involved.
Nintendo Switch is always popular with younger gamers and mixed-age groups.
Games such as Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros bring everyone together for multiplayer fun and give guests another way to compete and get involved.
Every gaming bus carries two complete racing positions, each with its own steering wheel and pedals.
Two children can race side by side at the same time rather than taking turns on one simulator.
For something completely different, guests can jump into virtual reality and experience gaming from a whole new perspective.
It adds another dimension to the party and gives players something beyond the traditional console setup.
On dry days, selected bookings can also include outdoor gaming on our large 55-inch screen.

Birthday excitement, without bringing the consoles and screens yourself.
We are best known for fully hosted gaming birthday parties in Romford, but our buses are also booked by schools, playschemes, churches, youth organisations and community groups.
Our verified Romford booking history includes:
- Repeat gaming sessions for the Family Information Group (FIG) Playscheme at Taunton Hall in Harold Hill
- A school booking at Lime Academy Forest Approach
- An organised booking with KICC Romford
That is genuine local booking experience—not simply a list of nearby place names.
Organised bookings may involve mixed ages, separate groups or several rotations across a longer timetable. Our hosts keep every session structured and moving, allowing teachers and organisers to concentrate on the wider event.
