Our Essex Gaming Bus is packed with gaming equipment to keep the party moving from start to finish.
Inside, guests can play on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and Nintendo Switch consoles across 10 full HD screens.
This includes two large 55-inch 4K displays.
We also have VR gaming and two racing simulators with steering wheels and pedals.
Guests have even more ways to play, compete and have fun.
On dry days, we can also set up our outdoor 55-inch 4K screen for extra gaming, Just Dance, Mario Kart, PS4 VR or karaoke, depending on your booking.
Everything is fully hosted, so there’s no setup stress for parents.

We had the Gaming Bus come to Stambridge, Essex for my son’s birthday and it was absolutely fantastic!
Our host, Saleem, was amazing from start to finish. He was friendly, informative and absolutely brilliant with all the boys!! He helped them throughout the session, joined in with the games and made sure everyone was included and having fun.
The boys had an incredible time and I’m sure they’ll remember this experience forever! As an extra surprise, my son Freddie was given a sweet cone at the end, which I wasn’t even expecting and it was such a lovely finishing touch to a brilliant experience.
I would 1000% recommend the Gaming Bus to anyone whose children love gaming! It was well organised, stress free and a huge hit with all the kids. Thank you SO much for helping make my Fred’s birthday so special! 🎮🎉😊

2nd year in a row we had the 3 hour full gaming package for an u14s football team. All 16 fully entertained with the girls using the karokee outside. Was raining but didn’t matter as they had a gazebo, lady turned up early to set up and totally recommend this company.

I had a party for my boys yesterday I will definitely be recommending them too everyone. Very professional Zoe was amazing with all the children. Good communication and easy instructions to follow to book and pay. All questions prior to booking were answered with ease. We booked for our sons 10th birthday based in Barking and we had no issues getting to us! We had sabrina as a host for the evening and she was great with the kids! Kids thoroughly enjoyed as well as the adults! Would definitely book again for second Son’s birthday next year!

How the Gaming Bus Works
Booking Essex Gaming Bus is simple. We bring the gaming bus or gaming van to your home, school or venue, set everything up and host the party for you.
Parking: Our gaming bus is 7.5 metres long, roughly the size of 2.5 cars, so we need suitable parking close to your address.
Power: We need access to a standard plug socket. If power is not available, we can provide a generator for an additional cost if arranged in advance.
Booking: Check our FAQs first, then secure your date by calling 0734 2920 644 or filling out our enquiry form.
Deposit: An £80 deposit secures your booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event. Deposits are non-refundable.
Weekend slots fill quickly, so book early to secure your preferred party date.

Looking for a birthday party that feels different from the usual hall, soft play or bowling party? Essex Gaming Bus brings a fully hosted gaming bus or gaming van party straight to your home, school or venue.
Our standard gaming parties are recommended for children aged 7+, with popular games, consoles, screens, racing simulators and VR available depending on your booking.
For children under 7, a parent or guardian must stay with them during the party. We also offer a separate younger children’s gaming party option for age 6, with a more suitable setup and requirements.
