Gaming Bus Essex & London
Essex Gaming Bus brings fully hosted gaming parties directly to homes, schools and venues across Essex and London. Our fleet includes both gaming buses and gaming vans, allowing us to cover everything from children’s birthday parties to larger school and community events.
Our climate-controlled vehicles can accommodate up to 16 players inside and up to 18 with the outdoor gaming setup. One feature that really sets us apart is our networked Fortnite setup, allowing up to 15 players to join the same battle at once.
Every booking includes an experienced gaming host who runs the party from start to finish, making it easy and stress-free for parents and event organisers.

We booked the gaming bus for a birthday party and had a fantastic experience. We are a SEN family and some of our guests are autistic so it was important to accommodate the children’s needs. I specially want to thank Harry who came to set up the bus. He was very understanding and helpful with supporting all the children. They all loved it and it was a huge success.

We had the Gaming Bus come to Stambridge, Essex for my son’s birthday and it was absolutely fantastic!
Our host, Saleem, was amazing from start to finish. He was friendly, informative and absolutely brilliant with all the boys!! He helped them throughout the session, joined in with the games and made sure everyone was included and having fun.
The boys had an incredible time and I’m sure they’ll remember this experience forever! As an extra surprise, my son Freddie was given a sweet cone at the end, which I wasn’t even expecting and it was such a lovely finishing touch to a brilliant experience.
I would 1000% recommend the Gaming Bus to anyone whose children love gaming! It was well organised, stress free and a huge hit with all the kids. Thank you SO much for helping make my Fred’s birthday so special! 🎮🎉😊

2nd year in a row we had the 3 hour full gaming package for an u14s football team. All 16 fully entertained with the girls using the karokee outside. Was raining but didn’t matter as they had a gazebo, lady turned up early to set up and totally recommend this company.

I had a party for my boys yesterday I will definitely be recommending them too everyone. Very professional Zoe was amazing with all the children. Good communication and easy instructions to follow to book and pay. All questions prior to booking were answered with ease. We booked for our sons 10th birthday based in Barking and we had no issues getting to us! We had sabrina as a host for the evening and she was great with the kids! Kids thoroughly enjoyed as well as the adults! Would definitely book again for second Son’s birthday next year!

GAMING BUS HIRE FOR SCHOOLS, COUNCILS & EVENTS
Essex Gaming Bus provides fully hosted gaming bus hire for school reward days, Year 6 leavers’ events, HAF programmes, SEND activities, festivals, sports events, youth groups, corporate family days and council events across Essex and London.
Our booking history includes Chelmsford City Council, Enfield Council, South Woodham Ferrers Town Council, Chelmsford City Racecourse, Waltham Cross Sports Festival and events at Leyton Orient Football Club. We have also attended a Tottenham Hotspur community event at the club’s training ground.
Ilford County High School books three gaming vehicles for its pupils each year, while South Woodham Ferrers Town Council returns for multi-session summer events. We also return annually for BOSP at Wat Tyler Park, supporting children and families with SEND.
For larger events, we can provide multiple gaming buses and gaming vans or combine our Gaming, Soft Play and Pamper Bus fleet.

How the Gaming Bus Works
Booking Essex Gaming Bus is simple. We travel to your home, school or venue, set everything up and host the party from start to finish.
Parking: Our gaming bus is 7.5 metres long, roughly the size of 2.5 cars, so we need suitable parking close to your address.
Power: We need access to two standard plug sockets within reach of our 50-metre leads — one for the gaming equipment and one for the air-conditioning. A generator can be hired for £55 if required and arranged in advance.
Booking: Use our enquiry form or call 07342 920644 to check availability and secure your preferred date.
Deposit: An £80 non-refundable deposit secures your booking, with the remaining balance due seven days before your event.
Weekend slots fill quickly, so book early to secure your preferred party date.
GAMING PARTIES FOR AGES 7+, TEENS & ADULTS
Our standard Essex Gaming Bus parties are recommended for children aged 7+. We also offer a separate gaming option for six-year-olds, with a parent or guardian remaining throughout the party.
Tell us the age group and favourite games when booking and we’ll tailor the game selection and setup accordingly. Teen and adult gaming parties are also available.
