From Elm Park to the roads around Hornchurch town centre, start with your full address and postcode. Tell us the proposed parking position, any gates or restrictions, and the access available when we arrive and leave.
Will the gaming bus fit? Allow about 7.5 metres of safe, legal parking. We need two suitable sockets within 50 metres and bring 50-metre power leads. Strong, stable internet is needed for online play; we also carry a 50-metre Ethernet lead.
If home parking is unsuitable, explore our gaming party venue and parking finder. Check Havering parking restrictions and ask any venue to approve bus access, parking and power before hiring. For wider local coverage, see our Havering gaming bus guide.
Step inside a purpose-built gaming space with air conditioning and heating, designed to help keep players comfortable during hot summer weather and colder winter bookings.
Every Gaming Bus Hornchurch vehicle carries the same complete setup: PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, VR and twin head-to-head racing simulators. The advertised equipment is not divided between different buses.
Children can compete, team up, race and switch between different experiences throughout the party, with options for different ages and interests.
Our staff provide setup and technical assistance; a parent or responsible adult stays with the children throughout.
Our PlayStation 5 consoles give players access to fast, modern gaming and a strong choice of popular titles.
From football and racing to action games and multiplayer favourites, there is plenty to keep different types of gamers involved.
Xbox Series X brings sharp graphics, smooth gameplay and even more multiplayer competition to the Hornchurch gaming experience.
Guests can team up, go head-to-head or challenge their friends across a variety of popular games.
Nintendo Switch is a great choice for younger gamers and mixed-age groups, with popular multiplayer games such as Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros helping everyone get involved.
Two complete racing positions allow players to sit side by side and race head-to-head using separate steering wheels and pedals.
Both players race at the same time rather than taking turns on one simulator, making it one of the most popular features of our Gaming Bus Hornchurch experience.
VR Gaming
Virtual reality gives guests a completely different way to play.
It adds something beyond the usual console setup and gives players the chance to experience a more immersive side of the mobile gaming party.
Outdoor Interactive Gaming
On dry days and where the booking setup allows, selected parties can also include gaming and interactive entertainment outside the bus on a large 55-inch screen.
Depending on the booking, options may include Mario Kart, Just Dance, karaoke, PS4 VR or other entertainment.
