Check Price & Availability for Dartford
A Dartford party needs an address check before a date is secured. A broad DA postcode is not enough to plan the journey or know whether the bus can park: send the full postcode, the intended position and your preferred time.
For a town-centre address, describe loading restrictions and the route into the parking space. At a home or hired venue, tell us about gates, tight corners and the space needed to leave afterwards. Dartford is in Kent; nearby London locations have their own guides below.
Our gaming van hire in Dartford brings the consoles, displays, VR and two complete racing positions together. The vehicles have the same core equipment, so you can choose the party around your group rather than a different console list. Staff deliver, set up and provide technical assistance; a responsible adult remains with the children.
Challenge friends on PlayStation 5, from football fixtures to racing and suitable multiplayer games. Tell us the birthday child’s favourites before the date.
Xbox Series X adds another set of gaming choices for the group. We can discuss current titles and age ratings when you plan the party.
Nintendo Switch favourites such as Mario Kart suit a mixed group of keen players and friends who simply want to join the fun.
Put two friends on the starting line together: each racing simulator has its own wheel and pedals. The two complete positions are included on every bus.
VR offers something different alongside the consoles. Ask about suitable experiences for the children’s ages and tell us if anyone would prefer to stay with screen-based games.
The optional outdoor setup can give three more players a place only when weather and safe space beside the bus permit it. Plan around 16 indoor places if an outdoor area is unsuitable.
A bigger Dartford gathering can be planned in smaller timed groups, or with more than one equally equipped vehicle where available. Each bus needs its own safe parking position and suitable power. Share the total numbers, ages and rotation times before requesting a quote.
Two equal-priced gaming buses receive 20% off the second. Different services or prices receive 10% off each party price. New bookings only. Cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.

Planning Gaming Bus or Gaming Van Hire in Dartford
Will the gaming bus fit? Allow for a vehicle approximately 7.5 metres long, with safe, legal parking and clear arrival/departure access. We need one standard socket for gaming and a second for air conditioning or heating; we supply 50-metre power leads. Online games need strong, stable internet, with a 50-metre Ethernet lead available. A £55 generator may be arranged at booking and at least seven days before the event.
If home parking will not work, start with our party venue and parking finder. One actual Dartford hire option to enquire about is Dartford Science and Technology College’s venue hire, which advertises hire spaces and on-site parking. Its listing does not establish permission or availability for our bus. Ask the venue to approve the exact vehicle position, access, power and proposed event before hiring.

This guide is for Dartford bookings in Kent. Welling, Orpington and Bromley are separate London locations with their own local guides. For Stone, Greenhithe or another nearby address, send the exact postcode so we can check your journey and quote rather than assuming one price covers the whole DA area.

For other towns, use the full coverage directory and request your own postcode quote. A nearby page is a useful guide, not confirmation of a date or travel charge.
A mixed-age gathering might also suit our Soft Play Bus or Pamper Bus. These are separate services with their own activities and booking requirements, subject to availability.
Two equal-priced vehicles of the same service: 20% off the second. Different services or prices: 10% off each party price. New bookings only. Cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.
Tell us before booking if a calmer start, lower sound, gentler lighting or a smaller group would help your child. We can discuss settling time and possible adjustments around the actual session. Our SEN-friendly gaming guide explains the options. Ask about the proposed vehicle’s access and suitability for your child.
