Choosing a party supplier is easier when you can hear from other customers. Essex Gaming Bus has more than 1,200 five-star reviews across Google, Facebook, Trustpilot and Tripadvisor for its hosted gaming entertainment. Have a look through our reviews.
The birthday child has picked gaming. Now you need a party that works for the guest list, the budget and the space outside your home. Our Gaming Bus Billericay service brings the equipment and a host to a suitable address, with parties starting at £270.
We already have confirmed private gaming-party bookings at family homes in Billericay in our past booking history, covering both 90-minute and two-hour sessions.
Inside, the choice is ready: PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, VR and two head-to-head racing simulators. Each racer has their own wheel and pedals, so two children can compete together. This is the same core equipment on every bus.
For ages seven and above, plan for up to 16 players indoors. Safe outdoor space and suitable weather can allow three more children to take part outside, making up to 19 players overall. Every bus has fixed, permanently installed air conditioning and heating.
Got a Fortnite-loving group? Up to 15 players can join the same game when a strong, stable internet connection is available.
You organise the invitations and the occasion; our host looks after the gaming session. We will go through the full price, parking and practical details with you before you book.
Find a Billericay Party Date & Price
Start with where you want the party to happen. A suitable space at home keeps the entertainment close by; an appropriate nearby venue is another option when home parking will not work.
Our Billericay coverage includes the town centre, South Green, Queens Park, Great Burstead and Little Burstead, subject to access and availability. These are areas we cover; our verified local party history is of family-home gaming bookings in Billericay, including 90-minute and two-hour sessions.
Allow approximately 7.5 metres of safe, legal parking and a clear way for the bus to reach it. Electricity must be within reach of our 50-metre power leads. Give us the full address and explain the proposed parking position when you enquire, so we can check the practical side early.
A good guest list usually includes a mixture of keen gamers, beginners and children with completely different favourites. We can help them find games to enjoy together.
Our host gets players started, handles game changes and runs the session. The following core equipment is included on every gaming bus.
A football match with friends or a short tournament can get the group involved quickly. PlayStation 5 also offers racing, action and team games, with the host helping choose a suitable mix.
For children who have their favourites on Xbox, there is Xbox Series X on board too. It gives the party another choice alongside the PlayStation, Switch and other activities.
Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros are easy ways to bring different players together. Nintendo Switch offers multiplayer favourites for children who play regularly and guests joining in for the first time.
Pick your opponent and race together. Our two racing simulators each have their own steering wheel and pedals, giving two children a proper simultaneous head-to-head race.
VR adds a change of pace from console matches. The games and use must suit the players’ ages and safe operating conditions. Any outdoor VR activity stops in rain.
On a suitable day, safe space outside can open up Just Dance, karaoke, Mario Kart or VR.
That can accommodate up to three additional children outdoors, alongside the 16 inside: up to 19 overall. Outdoor participation depends on the weather, space and safety.
Working with a bigger guest list? Begin with the number of players you want gaming at once. One bus can be used for successive groups; several buses can provide separate sessions at the same time.
This is an option for Billericay schools, HAF organisers, clubs and community events. We can discuss grouping children by class, age or team, choosing suitable games and planning rotations around your timetable.
Every bus provides the same core consoles, VR, twin racers and permanently installed air conditioning and heating. Availability, access, parking and power will determine the setup we can offer at your venue.
For two equally priced gaming buses, the second bus receives 20% off. That works out as 10% off the combined two-bus party price.
Send us the venue address, proposed parking, players’ ages, attendance and timings. We will help work out a booking that fits those details.
Pick the session length first, then check the rate for your chosen day. Gaming Bus Hire Billericay starts at £270.

1. Put the party details together. We need your date, full postcode, preferred start time, session length, children’s ages and number of players. Include the attendance and timetable if you are organising a larger event.
2. Send your enquiry. We will check the diary and discuss the price, parking position, vehicle access and electricity.
3. Reserve the agreed session. Complete the booking form and pay the £80 non-refundable deposit once the date and time have been confirmed.
4. Get ready for the guests. On the day, our host sets up the equipment, welcomes the players and runs the gaming for your booked session.
The gaming equipment arrives with its own host, leaving you free to organise the rest of the party.
Organising a reward day rather than a birthday? We also offer hosted gaming bookings to Billericay schools, HAF providers, clubs and event teams. Our confirmed local booking evidence is for private parties at family homes.
Gaming can be planned as a timed activity within a wider programme. Tell us whether you are arranging a school reward or Year 6 leavers’ celebration, holiday programme, youth-club session, sports presentation, charity event, festival or corporate occasion.
A longer booking can be divided between classes, teams or age groups. Our host looks after the games and session changes while your organisers manage the wider event.
Attendance and timings are the starting point. From there, we can discuss rotations on one bus, several equally equipped gaming buses or different party services at the same venue.

Wes was incredible too — he was brilliant with the kids and made sure everyone was having a great time. Everything was well organised and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish.
We would definitely book them again and highly recommend them for a children’s birthday party. Thank you for making my son’s birthday so special!
Before you decide, check how the party will work for your children. How many can play inside? Can two friends race together? Who helps guests get started?
Here is what our Billericay gaming bus offer includes, from the local booking history to the practical details on board.
We have confirmed past gaming-party bookings at family homes in Billericay. Both 90-minute and two-hour sessions appear in that local history.
Two friends can line up for the same race. Every bus carries two racing positions, with a separate steering wheel and pedals for each player, for simultaneous head-to-head racing.
Your Gaming Van Billericay booking includes the same core setup whichever bus is assigned: PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, VR and two head-to-head racing simulators.
The standard player capacity is the same across the buses too.
Summer birthday or winter celebration, every bus is fitted with permanently installed air conditioning and heating. The climate-control equipment is a fixed part of the bus.
When planning invitations, use 16 as the indoor player capacity. Suitable outdoor activities can add up to three more players where safe space and weather allow, bringing the total to 19 overall.
For friends keen to share a Fortnite game, up to 15 players can join together. A strong, stable internet connection is essential; performance depends on the connection available at your address.
A suitable home address is an option, as are appropriate schools, clubs and venues in Billericay and nearby areas. Give us your full postcode and proposed parking position so we can check coverage, access and the available dates.
Our confirmed past booking history includes private gaming parties at family homes in Billericay. Families have booked both 90-minute and two-hour sessions.

For ages seven and above, the bus accommodates up to 16 players indoors. Where suitable weather, safe space and operating conditions allow, up to three more children can take part outdoors. That gives up to 19 players overall; it is not 19 indoors.
Our standard parties are for ages seven and above, including teens and adults. A separate six-year-old option provides 90 minutes for up to eight children. Mention any five-year-old guests before booking so we can agree the correct younger-child package.

Yes. Each of the two racing positions has its own steering wheel and pedals. Two children can compete head-to-head simultaneously.
With a strong, stable internet connection, up to 15 players can join the same Fortnite game. The connection at the address affects performance, so online play cannot be guaranteed.

For two equally priced gaming buses, there is 20% off the second bus, equivalent to 10% off the combined party price.
We need one standard plug socket for the gaming equipment. A second socket is only needed if you want air-conditioning or heating on. We bring 50-metre power leads. Generator hire can be arranged for £55 . For online games, we bring a 50-metre Ethernet lead for a suitable router; the internet connection must be strong and stable.
Plan for approximately 7.5 metres of safe, legal parking, roughly two-and-a-half car lengths, plus safe access. Include your full address and a description of the parking position in your enquiry so we can discuss the setup before confirming.
Indoor gaming can usually go ahead in normal rain. Outdoor activities require suitable weather and safe conditions, and outdoor VR is not run in rain.
Send your date, full postcode, preferred start time, session length, children’s ages and player numbers through our enquiry form. We will check availability and confirm the complete price, parking and practical requirements before you book.
Where the Party Takes Place
The party comes to you. Essex Gaming Bus provides mobile entertainment at a suitable Billericay address, whether that is a home, school, club or event venue. There is no walk-in Billericay gaming venue.
Will the Gaming Bus Fit at Your Billericay Home?

Start with the Birthday Child’s Favourite Games
Ask the birthday child which games matter most, then tell us the ages of the guests. A group might want football matches and Mario Kart races, or a mix of Minecraft, Roblox, Fortnite and shorter multiplayer games.
You can explore some of the choices here:
- Minecraft gaming parties
- Fortnite gaming parties
- FC / FIFA football gaming parties
- Roblox gaming parties
- Mario Kart and racing parties
- Super Smash Bros
- Rocket League
- Two head-to-head racing simulators
- VR experiences
- Multiplayer party games

Arranging a London Party Too?
Have another celebration to arrange in London? See our London Gaming Bus page for that service. Three-hour London parties are available at weekends, including Saturdays, subject to availability.
A wider family celebration may need something for younger children or guests with different interests. Alongside gaming, you can enquire about:
- The Essex Soft Play Bus for younger children.
- The Essex Pamper Bus for pamper entertainment.
- Another gaming bus when you need more players gaming at once.
Two equally priced gaming buses receive 20% off the second bus, equivalent to 10% off their combined party price. When different services are combined, you receive 10% off each party price.
We need to check the diary, parking, access and power for every vehicle. Send the venue details and timings so we can confirm a workable arrangement.
You know your child best. If noise, new surroundings or changes between games may be difficult, let us know when you enquire so we can discuss what would help.
Possible adjustments include lower music and game volume, a gentler introduction, a smaller group, clearer game changes and short breaks. We need to agree these in advance and confirm what is practical for the booking.
Ask about the available access options before booking if step-free access is required. Our SEN-friendly gaming parties page has more information.
