Planning a birthday party, school reward day, HAF programme or organised event? Gaming Bus Benfleet and Gaming Van Benfleet arrive with the equipment and host ready, so the children can get straight into the action.Â
Our Benfleet work includes repeat visits to Cedar Hall School in Thundersley, including gaming sessions for Splat Club. Our visits include a booking for the school itself and a separate Splat Club HAF programme booking.Â
Alongside those organised events, our local work has included bookings at Thundersley Congregational Church, also known as The Beacon, as well as coverage across Benfleet, South Benfleet, Thundersley and Hadleigh.Â
Every gaming bus carries the same complete core setup: PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, VR and two head-to-head racing simulators.Â
Our gaming buses have fixed, permanently installed air conditioning and heating for comfortable parties throughout the year.Â
For children aged seven and above, we can host up to 16 players inside the gaming bus. Where there is enough safe outdoor space and the weather allows, up to three additional children can join outdoor gaming activities, increasing total participation to 19 players.Â
With a strong and stable internet connection, up to 15 players can join the same Fortnite game at once.Â
Gaming parties start from £270. We confirm the complete price, parking and power requirements before you book.Â
We bring the gaming. Our host runs the entertainment. You enjoy the occasion.Â

A Gaming Bus Benfleet booking brings the complete party to your chosen address. There is no gaming venue to hire, no children to transport elsewhere and no consoles, screens or games for parents to organise.Â
We attend suitable homes, schools, clubs and event venues throughout Benfleet, South Benfleet, Thundersley, New Thundersley, Tarpots, Hadleigh and the surrounding SS7 area.Â
Our named local work includes bookings at Cedar Hall School in Thundersley, including Splat Club events held at the school. Our work includes a booking for the school itself and a separate Splat Club HAF programme booking.Â
We have also brought the gaming bus to Thundersley Congregational Church, known locally as The Beacon.Â
For private birthday parties, we keep customers’ addresses private. Cedar Hall School and The Beacon give families two named examples of work we have delivered locally.Â
We can provide one fully hosted gaming bus for a family party or coordinate several equally equipped vehicles for a school, HAF programme, club or larger community event.Â
Benfleet includes residential streets, school sites, venue car parks and busy routes around the A13 and A129. Send the full postcode and proposed parking position when enquiring. We will check access, legal parking and the available electricity supply before confirming the booking.
Â
The bus is designed around multiplayer gaming, quick competitions and giving different children something they will enjoy.Â
Our host welcomes the group, helps players choose age-appropriate games, organises matches and keeps everyone moving between the available activities.Â
Regular gamers can get straight into competitive play, while children who play less often receive help joining in.Â
PlayStation 5 provides modern gameplay across football, racing, action and team-based games. Players can form teams, compete in short tournaments or change matches during the booking.Â
Xbox Series X adds more choice for groups with different favourite games. Players can move between Xbox and the other activities during the party instead of spending the whole session on one game.Â
Nintendo Switch works particularly well for social games that are quick to understand and easy to join. Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros and other multiplayer favourites suit groups containing both regular gamers and beginners.Â
Every Essex Gaming Bus has two complete racing positions, each with its own steering wheel and pedals. Two children race side by side at the same time — proper head-to-head racing rather than taking turns on one simulator.Â
VR gives players a different experience from the main console games. Use of VR depends on the children’s ages, the available games and what is suitable for the group.Â
Where the parking position, available space and weather are suitable, selected activities can also operate outside the bus.Â
These may include Just Dance, karaoke, Mario Kart, PS4 VR or other interactive games shown on an outdoor screen.Â
Outdoor gaming can accommodate up to three additional players, increasing participation from 16 inside to up to 19 children overall.Â
One gaming bus is ideal for most birthday parties. Schools, HAF programmes, clubs and community events may need more children playing at the same time.Â
Essex Gaming Bus operates multiple fully equipped, climate-controlled gaming buses. Subject to availability, parking and power, we can send more than one vehicle to the same Benfleet venue.Â
Every bus carries PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, VR and two head-to-head racing simulators, giving each group the same main gaming setup.Â
Several gaming buses can help an organiser:Â
- Accommodate more children at the same timeÂ
- Separate players by age, class or teamÂ
- Run structured rotations throughout the dayÂ
- Reduce queues and waiting between sessionsÂ
- Offer different games across separate vehiclesÂ
- Create a larger attraction for a holiday programme or community eventÂ
When two equally priced gaming buses are booked together, you receive 20% off the second gaming bus. This is equivalent to saving 10% across the combined two-bus party price.Â
Send us the expected attendance, children’s ages, proposed timetable, full venue address and parking information. We can then recommend a practical number of buses and sessions.Â

Those reviews cover birthday parties, school sessions, HAF programmes, council bookings, community activities and organised events across Essex and London.Â

Our reputation has been built one booking at a time by arriving prepared, treating the children well and providing an experience customers are happy to recommend.Â
Â
When comparing Gaming Bus Benfleet or Gaming Van Benfleet services, do not judge the experience by one headline capacity number.Â
Check what is carried on every vehicle, how many children can play together inside, whether two racers compete simultaneously, whether permanently installed air conditioning and heating are fitted, how many players can join the same Fortnite game and whether an experienced host runs the session.Â
Essex Gaming Bus gives clear answers.Â
Our local history includes bookings for Cedar Hall School and Splat Club, repeat bookings at The Beacon, and a gaming event for Castle Point Motors.
Our Soft Play Bus bookings in the area also include Richmond Pre-school CIC in South Benfleet.
Every gaming bus has two complete racing positions, each with its own steering wheel and pedals.
Two children can race head-to-head simultaneously rather than waiting for turns on one simulator.
Every gaming bus carries PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, VR and twin head-to-head racing simulators.
The advertised core equipment and standard capacity do not depend on which vehicle arrives for your Gaming Van Benfleet booking.
Every Essex Gaming Bus has a fixed, permanently installed air-conditioning and heating system on board.
This is genuine year-round climate control—not merely fans or a portable cooling unit requiring an exhaust hose through a door or window.
For children aged seven and above, up to 16 players can take part inside.
Where a suitable outdoor setup can operate safely, total participation may increase to 19 children (16 inside and up to 3 outdoors), subject to space and weather.
With a strong and stable internet connection, up to 15 players can join the same Fortnite game at once.
This gives most of the group the chance to compete together in one battle rather than simply playing different games at the same time.

Before booking, tell us about noise sensitivity, anxiety around new spaces, preferred games, communication needs or anything else that may help the child settle onto the bus.
Depending on the booking, we can discuss lower game and music volume, a calmer introduction, fewer players at one time, more structured game changes, short breaks or additional settling time.
Adjustments should be discussed in advance so we can confirm what is practical. If step-free access is required, ask before booking so we can explain the available options.
