Before You Book
- Your booking: once availability is confirmed, your completed booking form and £80 deposit secure the slot. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Please read our booking and cancellation terms before paying.
- Space and power: the gaming bus is approximately 7.5 metres long. Tell us about parking when you enquire so we can confirm access. We need one standard plug socket for the gaming equipment. A second socket is only needed if you want air-conditioning or heating on. We bring 50-metre power leads. Generator hire may be available at an extra charge.
- Guest numbers: up to 19 children in total—16 inside plus up to 3 outdoors when weather, space and the setup allow.
- Six-year-old parties: 90 minutes, with a maximum of 8 children. Any player below 7 needs a parent seated with them. See our six-year-old party information.
- Party lengths: 90 minutes, 2 hours or 3 hours, subject to availability. Three-hour parties are not available on Saturdays.
