Important to know
Online gaming depends on the internet speed and reliability at your address, so we cannot guarantee an online connection or completely lag-free gameplay.
The number of consoles that can play online at the same time depends on your download speed.
Online play can reduce the number of children playing at once compared with split-screen gaming. Your host will always organise turns so everyone gets a chance to play.
Although we update our consoles weekly, games may release a new update on the day. If one is needed, it can take up to 30 minutes, depending on its size and your internet speed.
Children must not use or buy in-game currency, such as V-Bucks or Robux, during the party. If this happens, the party organiser is responsible for replacing the amount spent.
No internet? No problem
The bus is still packed with great offline options, including split-screen games, VR, racing simulators and plenty of multiplayer party games.
By booking online gaming, you agree to these requirements alongside the Terms & Conditions

- Allow approximately 7.5 metres of safe, legal parking—around 2½ parked car lengths—with suitable access for the gaming bus.
- Please make sure there is enough room for us to park safely, with clear access and sufficient height for the vehicle. Let us know before booking if there are narrow roads, low bridges, tight turns, gates, bollards, parking restrictions, permits or any other access issues.
Power Supply
- We need one standard plug socket for the gaming equipment. A second socket is only needed if you want air-conditioning or heating on. We bring 50-metre power leads.
- We provide up to 50 metres of power cable, so please make sure there is a safe, clear route between the sockets and where the bus will be parked.
- No suitable power available? A generator can be hired for an additional £55. The generator can power the gaming setup, but it cannot be used for the heating or air conditioning. Please let us know when booking if you need to hire a generator.
Router Access
- Online gaming depends on the connection at your address and cannot be guaranteed.
- For the best possible online gaming experience, we recommend access to your home router so we can connect directly using our Ethernet cable.
- We provide up to 50 metres of Ethernet cable. Please make sure there is a safe and practical route for the cable from the router to the bus.
- If the parking location is more than 50 metres from the power sockets or router, please contact us before booking so we can discuss the best setup.

London Gaming Bus Questions
Do you cover my part of London?
We cover all 32 London boroughs and the City of London. Send your full postcode, date and preferred time so we can check availability, travel and the parking position. Use the area links above to explore your local page.
How much does gaming bus hire in London cost?
Party prices start at £270 for 90 minutes Monday to Thursday, excluding bank holidays, or £300 Friday to Sunday and on bank holidays. Your postcode determines any travel and applicable London charges. We confirm the complete price before you book.
Are all 19 players inside the bus?
Up to 16 players can play inside. Up to three more can join outdoor activities when the weather, safe space and parking position allow, making 19 overall. Two children can race head-to-head on our two simulators at the same time.
Can you park outside a London home, school or venue?
We need about 7.5 metres of safe, legal parking, roughly two and a half car lengths, and suitable access. Tell us about permits, controlled parking, gates, low bridges and narrow streets. We check the proposed position with you before confirming.
What power and internet do you need?
One standard socket powers the gaming equipment; a second is needed for heating or air conditioning. We bring 50-metre power and Ethernet cables. Online games need a suitable connection; plenty of offline games are available too. A generator can be arranged for £55, but cannot power the heating or air conditioning.
Will rain stop the party?
The main gaming party takes place inside our climate-controlled bus. Outdoor activities depend on safe space and suitable weather, so wet conditions can reduce the total from 19 to the 16 indoor places.
Can London schools and events book more than one bus?
Yes, subject to availability, parking and power. We can coordinate several equally equipped gaming buses and timed rotations for schools, holiday programmes, fan zones and larger community events. Send your expected attendance and timetable so we can plan the setup.
