Booking Essex Gaming Bus is simple. We bring the gaming bus or gaming van to your home, school or venue, set everything up and host the party for you.
Parking: Our gaming bus is 7.5 metres long, roughly the size of 2.5 cars, so we need suitable parking close to your address.
Power: We need access to a standard plug socket. If power is not available, we can provide a generator for an additional cost if arranged in advance.
Booking: Check our FAQs first, then secure your date by calling 0734 2920 644 or filling out our enquiry form.
Deposit: An £80 deposit secures your booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event. Deposits are non-refundable.

We’ve got a huge selection! From Fortnite, FIFA, Minecraft, and Mario Kart to Rocket League, there’s something for every gamer. Please note: We strictly manage game age ratings and will only ever display games that are fully approved by you for your child’s age group.
Our standard party packages run for 90 minutes, 2 hours, or 3 hours. We can also accommodate custom, longer hire times for full-day school events, festivals, or large community celebrations.
We can park in most driveways, streets, schools, halls, and venues around Chelmsford. We just need a relatively flat area with roughly 7.5 metres of clear space (about 2.5 standard car lengths) and a safe access route to park and operate.
