Our gaming bus parties in Upton Park put the entertainment close to home. The host helps the group settle in, choose games and enjoy the session while you organise the rest of the birthday.
For addresses around Green Street, Barking Road and Plashet Road, send the exact postcode and proposed parking position. We’ll check access before confirming; a nearby station or town name alone doesn’t establish a suitable place for the bus.
Your Upton Park booking includes the host and the complete gaming setup: PS5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, VR and two racing simulators.
Our host helps players choose suitable games, sets up matches and gives less experienced gamers a hand. Children can move between the consoles and activities during their session.
PlayStation 5 brings big-screen matches and multiplayer fun. Share the birthday child’s favourites with us in advance.
Xbox Series X adds more ways for friends to play together, with help from the gaming host when they need it.
Switch games, including Mario Kart, are a lively choice for friends who enjoy a little friendly rivalry.
Take a seat on one of two complete racing simulators. Two friends can race each other simultaneously.
Virtual reality adds something different to the party. Our host explains the equipment and helps with appropriate choices.
The outdoor setup can add up to three players, but only with safe space and suitable weather. Up to 16 play indoors.
For a Upton Park school reward, youth session or larger celebration, tell us the ages, numbers and timetable. We can discuss timed groups or additional equally equipped gaming buses, subject to availability.
Every extra bus needs its own suitable parking space, access and power. We check those practical details with the venue before confirming the arrangement.
All vehicles carry PS5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, VR and two head-to-head racing simulators, so each group gets the same main equipment.
Book two gaming buses at the same party price and receive 20% off the second gaming bus—equivalent to 10% off the combined two-bus party price.

Location
We bring gaming van hire to suitable Upton Park addresses, subject to availability and access. Upton Park sits within our wider Newham gaming bus coverage; this page focuses on planning a local party.
Planning Gaming Bus or Gaming Van Hire in Upton Park
For a hall alongside your gaming party, use our gaming party venue finder and check Newham Council’s venue-hire directory. A hall booking does not automatically include somewhere for a gaming bus: agree the parking position, power and vehicle access with the venue first.
For example, the Council lists Katherine Road Community Centre in nearby Forest Gate as having no parking. It is not a confirmed bus venue; don’t assume a hall alone solves the parking requirement.
Allow around 7.5 metres of safe, legal parking and two suitable electrical sockets within 50 metres. We bring 50-metre power leads and a 50-metre Ethernet lead for a strong, stable wired internet connection. Check Newham’s resident parking zones and the signs at your exact address, particularly around Green Street and Upton Park.
No mains power? A £55 generator needs to be agreed at booking and at least seven days before the event.
