This is a complete hosted gaming party—not simply a few consoles placed inside a vehicle.
Every gaming bus carries the same main equipment and has the same standard capacity. Players can move between modern consoles, multiplayer games, VR and two simultaneous racing positions while the host keeps the session organised and gets everyone involved.
Challenge your friends to a football match or get a team game going. The PS5 gives children plenty to choose from, and our host can help anyone who isn’t used to the controls.
There’s Xbox gaming on every bus too. Children can team up, play against each other or try something different while other games carry on around them.
Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros are good choices when some guests play regularly and others don’t. They’re easy to pick up, and a quick race can soon turn into a rematch.
Two seats, two steering wheels and two sets of pedals. Friends can race each other side by side, with both simulators running at the same time.
Children can try stepping into a game through VR. We’ll help them get started and check that the headset and chosen game are suitable for their age.
If there’s space beside the bus, we may be able to set up outdoor games such as Just Dance, Mario Kart, karaoke or PS4 VR.
Outdoor gaming can accommodate up to three extra children. It depends on safe parking, enough room and suitable weather.

Secure the Booking: Once we’ve agreed the details, complete the booking form and pay the £80 non-refundable deposit. Your booking is secured when we’ve received both and sent confirmation.
We arrive & host the event: We arrive before the party to get set up. Once the children are on board, our host helps them choose their games and looks after the entertainment for the session.
No separate hall needed. No consoles to set up. No need for parents, teachers or organisers to run the gaming.
We also visit schools, holiday clubs and community groups for reward days, leavers’ parties and holiday activities.

We’ve been back for repeat holiday sessions in Southend and worked at schools and community venues across the city.

There’s no need to request a particular vehicle to get PS5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, VR and twin racing simulators. They’re included throughout our gaming fleet.
Every gaming bus has fixed air conditioning and heating to keep the children comfortable in summer and winter.
For ages seven and above, there’s room for 16 inside. Outdoor gaming can add another three places when there’s enough safe space and the weather is suitable.
Up to 15 children can play in the same Fortnite match together, so friends can join one game. This needs a strong, stable internet connection at the address.
