Alongside Essex Gaming Bus, we also operate our sister companies Essex Soft Play Bus and Essex Pamper Bus, giving HAF providers a choice of mobile activities for different ages, group sizes and interests.

Hosted gaming activities for HAF holiday clubs
Essex Gaming Bus brings fully hosted gaming sessions to HAF clubs, schools and holiday programmes across Essex, London and Kent. Children can take turns on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, VR and racing simulators while our hosts run the activities and help with group rotations.
We provide the enrichment activity. Your HAF club remains responsible for meals, eligibility and the wider programme.
Trusted by HAF providers: We’ve worked with organisations including Skill Sports, Splat Club and Get the Kids Out. Four gaming buses are available for larger clubs and organised group rotations.
Easy for organisers: DBS-checked hosts, safeguarding policies, activity-specific risk assessments and public liability insurance. The supporting documents are linked within the booking form, and we can invoice clubs or councils through their purchase-order process.
Community recognition: Our party bus businesses have been nominated for Basildon Council’s Strengthening Communities Award 2026.

We arrive ready to go and fully host the sessions, while your team can focus on the rest of the day. For larger groups, we can organise rotations throughout the visit and may be able to provide multiple buses.
Inclusive HAF Activities for SEND & SEN Children
We understand that every child experiences activities differently. Our gaming bus can work particularly well for SEND and SEN children because sessions can be adapted to suit the individual needs of the group.
Our team can adjust the gaming experience where needed, including reducing noise and lighting, offering quieter games and allowing children time to settle into the bus at their own pace.
This makes our gaming bus a flexible option for HAF providers looking for inclusive holiday club activities where children can play, socialise and take part in a way that feels comfortable for them.
