Where have you delivered gaming sessions in Tilbury?

Thurrock Council was the organiser of the Sunshine Centre sessions; the centre was the venue.
Are all 19 players inside the gaming bus?
No. For ages seven and above, up to 16 play inside. Up to three play outside only with safe, suitable space and weather, making 19 overall. If outdoor gaming cannot run, the indoor limit remains 16.
What ages are the parties suitable for?
Standard parties are for ages seven and above. A separate six-year-old package is 90 minutes for a maximum of eight children. Tell us all the children’s ages before booking, particularly if any are under seven. Younger players require an adult with them under our terms. VR suitability is checked separately.

Monday to Thursday, excluding bank holidays: 90 minutes £270, two hours £320, three hours £390. Friday to Sunday and bank holidays: 90 minutes £300, two hours £350, three hours £420. Are the buses air conditioned and heated?
Yes. Every bus has fixed, permanently installed air conditioning and heating . We need one standard plug socket for the gaming equipment. A second socket is only needed if you want air-conditioning or heating on. We bring 50-metre power leads.
What equipment comes with each bus?
Every equally equipped bus carries PS5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, VR and two complete racing simulators. Game availability depends on age suitability, licences, updates, accounts and internet access. Tell us before booking if a particular title is essential.
Can two children race at the same time?
Yes. There are two complete racing positions, each with its own steering wheel and pedals, so two players race head-to-head simultaneously.
Can 15 players join one Fortnite match?
Up to 15 players can join one Fortnite match with strong, stable internet and working online services. This is separate from the bus’s capacity. No particular online game or number of connections can be guaranteed at every address.
Can schools, HAF providers and clubs book several sessions?
Yes. A longer hire can be split into timed groups, and several equally equipped buses may be available. Include attendance, ages and your timetable. A teacher or responsible adult must remain with each group to supervise children and monitor games.
What electricity and internet are required?
We need one standard plug socket for the gaming equipment. A second socket is only needed if you want air-conditioning or heating on. We bring 50-metre power leads. We can use our 50-metre Ethernet lead to connect to suitable venue internet. If power is unavailable, £55 generator hire must be agreed in advance, with at least seven days’ notice.
How much parking space is needed in Tilbury?
Allow approximately 7.5 metres of safe, legal parking, with enough room for the bus to arrive and leave. Send the postcode, full address, parking position and access details. Tell us about narrow gates, restricted entrances or permits, and arrange any venue permission before the booking.
Will rain stop the party?
Ordinary rain does not usually stop indoor gaming. Outdoor activities require suitable weather and safe space, and outdoor VR is withheld in rain. Extreme weather is handled under our booking terms.
Who supervises the children?
Our staff member provides setup and technical assistance. Supervision, behaviour and approval of age-rated games remain with the parent, guardian or responsible organiser. For school and organised bookings, a teacher, member of staff or responsible adult stays with the gaming bus throughout.
Can you discuss SEN adjustments?
Yes. Tell us before booking about noise, group size, breaks, communication and access requirements. We discuss practical adjustments in advance and confirm what is available for the group and vehicle.
How do I check gaming van Tilbury availability?
