A gaming van in Havering comes with the equipment and a host to welcome the group, help with suitable games and organise matches.
Regular gamers can play competitively, while children who play less often get help joining in. Each equally equipped vehicle includes all six activities below.
PlayStation 5 gaming with big-screen action and plenty of friendly competition. Tell us the group’s favourites when enquiring.
Xbox Series X gives friends another way to team up or compete, with the host helping them get started.
Nintendo Switch brings lively multiplayer choices, including Mario Kart, for a party full of shared moments.
Two complete racing simulators let two players race head-to-head at the same time—not take turns on one seat.
Try virtual reality as part of the gaming mix, with a host to explain the equipment and help with suitable choices.
Up to three more players can join the outdoor setup when the weather and safe space allow. Indoor capacity remains 16.
One gaming bus suits most birthday groups. For schools, holiday programmes, youth clubs and larger events in Havering, we can quote for timed rotations or several equally equipped gaming buses.
Each vehicle carries PS5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, VR and two head-to-head racing simulators. More than one bus can let different classes, age groups or teams have their own session.
Availability, safe parking, access and power must be suitable for every vehicle. Send the expected attendance, ages, timetable and full venue address.
When two gaming buses at the same party price are booked together, receive 20% off the second gaming bus—equivalent to 10% off the combined two-bus party price.
New bookings only. Cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.

Planning Gaming Bus or Gaming Van Hire in Havering
Need space for food and cake as well as gaming? Our gaming party venue finder can help you plan what to check. Ask the venue to approve the bus, parking position and power supply before hiring.
