Check Price & Availability for Waltham Abbey
For a Waltham Abbey birthday, start with the parking position rather than the guest list. A driveway may work well, but the bus also needs a clear approach and room to leave afterwards. Send the full postcode and describe gates, corners and any restrictions before committing to the location.
We cover Waltham Abbey and can assess addresses around Ninefields and Upshire. Nearby Waltham Cross and Cheshunt have their own local guides below. A shared EN postcode does not make the towns interchangeable; your full address determines the journey and quote.
With gaming van hire in Waltham Abbey, the core equipment travels together. Every equally equipped vehicle has the same consoles, VR and two complete racing positions. Our staff deliver and set up, then provide technical assistance; your responsible adult supervises the children and agrees suitable games.
PS5 provides football, racing and multiplayer choices on dedicated screens. Share the birthday child’s favourites when you enquire.
Xbox Series X gives the group more places to play together or compete. Ask about current games and age suitability for your guests.
Nintendo Switch brings accessible party favourites, including Mario Kart, for friends with different gaming interests.
Two separate wheels and pedal sets mean two racers can compete head-to-head simultaneously. Both complete racing positions are included on every vehicle.
VR sits alongside the console setup for guests who want another kind of gaming experience. Discuss suitable choices and ask for equipment assistance.
Outdoor gaming can accommodate up to three extra players only when weather and safe space beside the vehicle allow. Without that suitable area, capacity stays at 16 inside.
A larger event may work best with timed groups or several equally equipped buses, subject to availability. Tell us the ages, total numbers and timetable, and allow a separate safe parking position and suitable power for each vehicle.
Two equal-priced gaming buses receive 20% off the second. Different services or prices receive 10% off each party price. New bookings only. Cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.

Want the Gold Party Package? Add £60 to the chosen Standard party price. Gold includes two retro bartop arcades, light-up batons and VIP lanyards for up to 16 children. The existing postcode calculator shows Standard and Gold prices together, so you can compare both packages before enquiring. Gold adds £60 for the party, rather than £60 per child.
Optional treats can be added separately: sweet cones are £2.50 each, while a £5.50 party bag includes a sweet cone. Adding a light-up baton to a party bag costs another £1.50. Tell us which extras and how many you would like when enquiring. These are separate from the party price, travel and any applicable road charges. Planning Gaming Bus or Gaming Van Hire in Waltham Abbey
Will the gaming bus fit? The vehicle is approximately 7.5 metres long and needs safe, legal parking with clear arrival and departure access. We need one standard socket for gaming and a second for air conditioning or heating; we bring 50-metre power leads. Strong, stable internet is needed for online play, with a 50-metre Ethernet lead available.
Send the postcode, parking position and access details. If home parking is unsuitable, use our gaming party venue and parking finder and ask the chosen venue to approve the exact vehicle position, access and power. A venue listing is not permission, availability or guaranteed bus parking.
A £55 generator may be arranged where required, at booking and at least seven days before the event. Venue hire, parking permissions and permits must be confirmed separately.
One local place to enquire about is Waltham Abbey Leisure Centre, which advertises a community room for group events and visitor parking with extra-large bays. This does not confirm permission for a gaming bus: ask the centre about your proposed event, exact parking position, access and power before hiring.
