What is included in your gaming bus party?
Your host sets up the equipment, helps guests choose games and keeps the session running. The bus includes:
- PS5, Xbox Series X and Nintendo Switch consoles, with 10 gaming screens including two 55-inch 4K displays.
- Two racing simulators, each with a steering wheel and pedals, for head-to-head races.
- VR gaming, plus outdoor gaming, Just Dance or karaoke where weather, space and the setup allow.
- Fixed air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort.
Popular choices include Fortnite, Minecraft, Roblox, Mario Kart and EA Sports FC. Tell us the guests’ ages and favourite games so we can discuss suitable choices. Up to 15 players can join the same Fortnite battle with a strong, stable internet connection; online play cannot be guaranteed.
How many children can come?
There is room for up to 16 players inside, plus up to three outdoors when weather, space and safety allow: up to 19 overall. If your guest list depends on outdoor spaces, discuss the setup with us before sending invitations.
What ages is it suitable for?
Standard parties are for ages seven and above. Six-year-old parties are limited to 90 minutes and a maximum of eight children. Any player below seven needs a parent seated with them. For additional support needs, see our SEN-friendly gaming information and tell us what would help your group.
Gaming bus party prices and session lengths

- Three hours: £390
Friday to Sunday and bank holidays
- 90 minutes: £300

Travel, ULEZ, tolls, parking and agreed extras may affect the total. Events after 7.30pm may incur a £50 out-of-hours fee. Use the postcode price checker for your location, or see our full prices and booking information. Ask us for a tailored quote for larger school, council or community events.
Where can the bus park, and what do we need?
We bring gaming bus parties to homes, schools and venues across Essex and London. Share your full postcode and the proposed parking position so we can check the arrangements.
- Parking: allow at least 7.5 metres of suitable, legal parking space, with safe access for the bus. Tell us about restrictions or permits when you enquire.
- Power: one standard plug socket is needed for the gaming equipment. A second socket is needed if you want air conditioning or heating. We bring 50-metre power leads.
- Internet: online games need access to a suitable internet router and a stable connection.
- No mains power: ask about generator hire in advance; an additional charge applies.
No room outside your house?
Use our party venue finder to look for nearby options. Arrange venue hire, parking permission and any permits directly with the venue; these are separate from the bus booking.
How to book your gaming bus party
- Check your price. Enter the party postcode and day in our price and availability enquiry.
- Send your preferred date and time. Include the guests’ ages, numbers and any parking or support requirements. Our team will confirm availability; an enquiry does not reserve a slot.
- Secure the agreed booking. Complete the booking form and pay the £80 non-refundable deposit. Both are required to confirm the party. The remaining balance is due seven days before the event.
Read our booking and cancellation terms before paying. Your host arrives before the booked start to park and set up, then runs the gaming session.
For schools and larger events, tell us the group size and schedule: multiple gaming buses and vans may be available. Our event experience includes Ilford County High School, council programmes and events at Leyton Orient Football Club.
Questions to ask before booking a gaming bus
Does everyone get their own screen?
Our bus has 10 gaming screens and accommodates up to 16 players inside. Some games use shared screens for multiplayer play. Tell us which games matter most so we can explain how your group will play.
What happens if it rains?
The indoor gaming party can run inside the heated or air-conditioned bus. Outdoor gaming, VR arrangements and the additional outdoor spaces depend on safe conditions and cannot be guaranteed in wet or windy weather.
Can we choose the games?
Tell us your favourite games and the children’s ages when you enquire. Your host can help the group choose suitable options. Online features depend on the internet connection at your address.
How do I compare gaming party quotes?
Compare the same postcode, day and session length. Check indoor capacity, screens, game arrangements, host support, racing simulators and any travel or equipment charges. A starting price alone does not explain the whole party.
