Planning a birthday, school reward day, holiday activity or community event? Gaming Bus Barnet and Gaming Van Barnet bring a full multiplayer party to your address, with no hall full of consoles for you to build.
We have delivered a confirmed community event in Barnet town on Mays Lane, as well as council-organised gaming sessions in Hendon, East Finchley and Edgware across the wider London Borough of Barnet.
Barnet Council’s published 2025/26 expenditure records and its 2026/27 records separately list London Gaming Bus Limited as a paid supplier. Those public records support the wider council relationship; they are not presented as an endorsement or as the dates of particular events.
Every equally equipped gaming bus carries PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, VR and two complete racing simulators, so two players can race head-to-head at the same time.
Fixed, permanently installed air conditioning and heating keep the bus comfortable throughout the year.
For children aged seven and above, we can host up to 16 players inside. With safe suitable outdoor space and suitable weather, up to three more can join outdoor activities, giving a maximum of 19 players overall.
With a strong, stable internet connection, up to 15 players can join the same Fortnite match.
Parties start from £270. Enter your postcode below for the current options, then send us your preferred date and time.
A Gaming Bus Barnet booking brings the games to your chosen address. The children step aboard, pick their favourites and get straight into the fun while our host keeps the session moving.
We cover suitable homes, schools, youth centres, clubs and event venues around Barnet town, High Barnet, New Barnet, East Barnet, Arkley, Whetstone, Totteridge and the wider London Borough of Barnet.
Our confirmed local experience includes a community event on Mays Lane in Barnet town. Across the wider borough, Barnet Council has also organised gaming sessions in Hendon, East Finchley and Edgware. We keep those locations clear rather than pretending every borough booking happened in Barnet town.
One fully hosted gaming bus works brilliantly for a birthday. For a school timetable, youth programme or larger community event, we can coordinate timed rotations or several equally equipped vehicles, subject to availability.
Barnet has everything from town-centre roads and controlled parking to quieter residential streets. Send the full postcode, proposed parking position and access details when enquiring so we can check the practical side before confirming.
Inside the bus, the atmosphere is bright, social and made for multiplayer fun. Children can swap between consoles, race side by side, try VR or join a big team game without everybody being pushed into the same activity.
Every gaming bus has the same core setup, so a second bus does not mean a cut-down experience.
PlayStation 5 brings football, racing, action and team games to the party.
Players can form teams, run quick challenges or move to a different game as the session unfolds.
Xbox Series X adds another strong mix of favourites for children who arrive knowing exactly what they want to play.
It is easy to switch groups around so everyone gets plenty of time on the games they enjoy.
Nintendo Switch is brilliant for colourful, social games that are quick to understand and easy to join.
It gives mixed groups a relaxed option alongside the faster console battles and racing.
Every Essex Gaming Bus has two complete racing positions, each with its own steering wheel and pedals.
Two players race head-to-head at the same time — no taking turns on one setup.
VR adds a completely different challenge to the main console games and is always a favourite moment when it comes out.
We choose from the available VR games to suit the group and keep the party flowing.
Where the weather and space are suitable, outdoor activities can include Just Dance, karaoke, Mario Kart, PS4 VR or other interactive games on an outside screen.
Up to three additional children can take part outside, increasing participation from 16 inside to up to 19 overall.
One gaming bus is ideal for most birthdays. Schools, holiday programmes, councils and community events can need more children playing across a longer timetable.
Subject to availability, we can send several equally equipped gaming buses and split guests into organised rotations. Every bus has the same core consoles, VR and two complete racing simulators.
For two equal-priced vehicles providing the same service, the second party price receives 20% off — equivalent to 10% off the combined two-bus total. When different services or prices are booked together, each party price receives 10% off.
New bookings only. Cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.
Send the event address, expected attendance, ages and timetable and we will recommend a practical setup.
