Good communication and easy…
Good communication and easy instructions to follow to book and pay. All questions prior to booking were answered with ease. We booked for our sons 10th birthday based in Barking and we had no issues getting to us! We had sabrina as a host for the evening and she was great with the kids! Kids thoroughly enjoyed as well as the adults! Would definitely book again for second Son’s birthday next year!
Not suitable for children’s parties
As a parent, I feel I should warn others. What was meant to be a child’s 10th birthday party turned into hours of chaos. On arrival, the driver locked the keys inside the bus and spent the next three hours attempting to force it open. During the booked party time there was loud drilling, windows being smashed, and an ongoing blaring alarm outside our home while kids and parents were present. Communication was poor, leaving us in prolonged uncertainty until we were forced to cancel and send 18 children home early. The next morning we found broken glass left across our driveway and entrance, which we had to clear ourselves, raising obvious safety concerns. Although a refund was eventually issued, the company was dismissive of our complaint and refused to accept any responsibility beyond this, instead offering a “goodwill” discount on a future booking that would require us to spend more money with them. This is something we would not consider after this experience. Given how unprofessionally this was handled from start to finish, I find it very difficult to reconcile our experience with the volume of glowing reviews on this page. Parents should read those reviews with caution and carefully consider the risk before booking.
Gaming Bus Party
Thank you Sarah and Essex Gaming Bus. My son had a fantastic 7th birthday party. Great communication from start to finish. friendly host who may I say had the patience of a saint with 15 excited 7 year olds! If you are looking for a way to keep a bunch of small children quiet for 2 hours then locking them in the best bus ever is the way to go! Thank you again xx
